You know by now nutrition is practically 80% of how you look, feel and operate.
Most of us know we need to get a grip on our nutrition but struggle to, and certainly struggle to stay consistent.
Consistency around food can be hard, right?
Working around life, family, work, time etc etc.
If you had some inspiration for good meals that were actually nice and weren't a complete faff, having to climb a faraway mountain to pick a particular herb for a recipe … Food life would be a lot easier, wouldn’t it!?
If you could make some seriously nice desserts to have for an evening that didn’t leave you feeling guilty, and that tempted you away from a takeaway meal that left your wallet with a hefty bill, it would only be a good thing, right!?
