Q.1 Will you help me understand how I should exercise and what training is right for me and my weight loss goals?

Absolutely yes, This program is a huge step up from a typical PDF workout plan, we will plan and set you up with a workout bespoke to you and your goals, instructing you with what exercise to do, how to do them, the reps, sets, rest time and even comes with a tutorial video.

Q.2 Will you tell me what to eat?

In order to get you ‘permanent results’ we have to have a realistic approach and remember you are a human being that will want to eat the food ‘you want’ not what you are told to eat.You will be told the amount of calories and protein you need to have per day and given in depth trainings that give you the tools to eat the foods you love and enjoy.

Q.3 I’m looking for a lifestyle change that is sustainable, but nothing I’ve tried sticks… why is your programme different?

Most programs are sold on the ‘sexy’ stuff, eg, lose ‘x’ amount of weight in 7 days or get a 6 pack in 6 weeks … they go to extremes which of course work in the short term but absolutely will not in the long term … you need something that is realistic and sustainable for the world we live in.
